Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The new Hovis Hearty Oats Free Prize Draw is open to residents in the UK and over 18 years of age who have successfully registered on the www.hovisheartyoats.co.uk community site. The Prize Draw excludes employees of Premier Foods and their agents, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion
2. Every registered member on www.hovisheartyoats.co.uk is automatically entered into the Prize Draw. If anyone chooses to be excluded from the Prize Draw, they can email info@hovisheartyoats.co.uk to have their name removed from the draw.  No purchase is necessary.
3. Entries are submitted at entrant(s) own risk.  Screenshot is not proof of submission.  Last date for receipt of entries is 09.07.10
4. All entries received between 28.04.10 and 08.07.10 will be entered into a Free Bi-Weekly Prize Draw starting 14.05.10. The prize draws will be held on 28.05.10, 11.06.10, 25.06.10 and 09.07.10. Two winners will be chosen at each draw. The 8 names will be randomly selected by an independent person to  win one of 8 six month supplys of new Hovis Hearty Oats bread (in the form of coupons).  No cash alternative.  Only one prize per household.  Please allow 28 days for delivery.
5. All the winners will be notified in writing by 23.07.10. A winners list will be available on www.hovisheartyoats.co.uk after this date
6. Premier Foods reserve the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside their control.
7. By entering the prize draw, competitors agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
8. All 8 winners will be selected by 09.07.10 (2 winners will be chosen each draw for the duration of the prize draw period 14.05.10 – 09.07.10)
